When members or friends of Wayzata Community Church are hospitalized or in a care facility, we make every effort to offer a personal visit by a member of our clergy staff or a lay leader of the church. We count on you to let us know when you or someone you know is hospitalized, since the current HIPAA privacy laws prevent hospitals from contacting us when a member is hospitalized.
Pastoral Staff
Our pastors make regular visits to local hospitals, care facilities and homes, visiting those who need comfort and healing. Please don't hesitate to call on us.

Care Companions
Wayzata Community Church has dozens of trained and commissioned care companions through Stephen’s Ministry and the Called to Care program. These members of the laity are available to make visits to hospitals, care centers and homes. If you wish to have a care companion, contact Rev. S. Lindy Purdy or Kathleen Patterson at the church office.
Deacons
The Deacons also extend the spirit of worship to hospitalized and homebound members through the distribution and delivery of flowers and bulletins to those who are unable to be present for worship.
