Care for Caregivers
Many of us are providing unpaid health or supportive care to someone we love — an aging parent, a family member, or a friend. These demanding personal roles cause some of us to hide our suffering from ourselves and others, taking a tremendous toll on our health and well-being.
Care for Caregivers brings us together to learn how to recognize our suffering. We share support and self-care practices that can soothe and renew our hearts, bodies, and minds during our monthly confidential meeting and in an informative email. The support group meets on the fourth Thursday of each month from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Zoom and occasionally in person. Registration is necessary to receive the monthly email and Zoom link, or in-person location. Please register at: https://wayzatacommunitychurch.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/1133/responses/new
