Easter Sunday Highlights!!
Wow! we had a wonderful day on Easter with so many of you as we worshipped from 6:30am on the beach to 11:30 in the Sanctuary! Kids choirs sang at 9am and listened to an Easter message about the sand dollar! Afterward we headed to the gym for some Easter craft fun! Throughout the morning we welcomed over 170 kids!! We didn’t let the chill in the air keep us from celebrating!
This Sunday all kids ages k-5th grade will begin a new study from the bible! We’ll read from the book of acts about Lydia, a woman of faith who opened her heart to learn about Jesus! Throughout the 4 weeks kids will learn all about this story through movies, cooking, drama, games, art and science. Join in on the fun throughout the month at 9am or 10:45 am.

Children’s Ministry board members with the leadership of Hannah Cruzen welcomed over 130 kids to our annual egg hunt on the Saturday before Easter!! Thank you to all who help and attended!

Kids Night Out-Beach Party!
Join your friends in faith for a beach party on Friday April 20th from 6-10 p.m. All children ages 3-5th grade are invited to attend. The evening includes a pizza dinner, games, crafts, and a kid-friendly movie. The cost is $15 and registration is required. Sign up today and bring your friends along!
God Centered Moms
DON’T MOM ALONE!
Join WCC’s new Soul Sisters group for moms. All moms are welcome…brand new mamas, moms in the thick of it with young kids, and moms with older kids too! You are not alone in the crazy “mom world”, come join others for relevant discussion and fellowship. This is a “podcast club”, we’re starting with 6 sessions of the podcast “God Centered Mom”. Listen before attending and plan to discuss.
Every 3rd Monday of the month, from 7:30PM-8:30PM at WCC Care of You Room.

Join us this week in Moment for Mission as we go on a treasure Hunt around the church to get ready for Easter- 5:00-5:30 for k-2nd and 5:30-6:00pm for 3rd-5th grade each week in the Care of You Room.
Bible, Books and Games
(K-5th grade-Graceland Gym labs) This week we’ll play a fun Easter games as we inch toward this big day in our Christian faith. Afterward we’ll make a yummy treat in the Graceland kitchen to reinforce the message of Easter Sunday. All kids are invited to attend any week! Class runs from 7:15-8:30 pm weekly.

New this year: Extended Day
This year we are also offering an extended day from 12:00-4:30 p.m. The charge is $20 per day for extended care. If you choose this option, please send a bag lunch with your child each day. Extended day activities include: outdoor play, gym time, movie or board games, library time and art experiences.
Summer Camp Registration is Now Open! All kids currently in 2nd through 5th grade, you can come to overnight summer camp this year! There are two options for current 2nd-4th graders and 3 times to choose from for current 5th graders who will attend Middle school camp this summer! Click here to register.
