Sunday Changes Begin September 16th
On Sunday, September 16th, K-5th graders will have a new way to check in at the 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services. As you enter the church (west or east entrances) you will need to stop at an IPAD station to check your child in for Sunday School. This will be an easy process if you are pre-registered. You will be given a printed name tag for your child and another one with a code for you.
After checking in, walk your child to the gym door (south door) to check them in for Sunday School. We will start Sunday School in the gym. instead of in the sanctuary. Pick up happen in the classrooms. You will need to show the code on the print out to pick your child up. This new way of beginning and ending Sunday School will improve security and safety for all children. Click Here to Register!
Rally Sunday Parking Lot Party September 16th
Join us as we launch our new program year with a bang! We’ll transform the west parking lot into a carnival extravaganza. We’ll have grilled hot dogs, ice cream and other delicious treats! Live music, and games will also be included. It will be a time to ask questions about the program year and find a way to get involved in the amazing programming we have in store for all ages and stages this fall! The party will begin after the 9am service (10:00am) and continue until after the 10:45 service.
Wednesday Changes: Introducing Elementary Wednesdays (Faith Trek)!
This year our Wednesday night programming will look a little different! First, the time for programming will change. All programming for k-12th grade will happen at the same time. This will streamline everything for families and will make it easier for parents to navigate Wednesday evenings.
Elementary Wednesdays (Faith Trek) will run from 6:30-8:00pm. We’re hoping families will join us for dinner first (a new lower cost and terrific food), then check your kids in for an evening of fun and adventures. During this 1.5 hour program we’ll spend time in small and large groups, we’ll sing, do a mission project and more. Registration is required so register for Sundays and Wednesdays today!
I am looking for leaders for grade level groups for Elementary Wednesdays (Faith Trek). This is a perfect way to get involved in your child’s faith journey and to get to know the amazing kids at WCC. E-mail me if you are interested in helping on Wednesday nights this fall!

This year we will require all families to fill out a simple registration form for your kids online. You can register all of your kids in one spot regardless of age groups. Sunday and Wednesday check in will happen on Ipads by entering your phone number and will be really easy if you pre-register. Click Here to Register!

Thank you to the 170 campers, 31 Middle School junior Counselors, 34 Counselors and volunteers and 18 children and young adults in the Parables community! It was a great week!
