Early Childhood Coordinator
Do you love spending time with young kids? Are you looking for a part time meaningful job (10-15 hours per week)? WCC is looking for an Early Childhood Coordinator to create, lead and implement ministry to Early Childhood aged children. Responsibilities include implementing Sunday morning programming at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services and connecting with families on Sunday mornings. Pay is $20 per hour. Job Summary: In partnership with the Director of Operations, advises, administers, and executes full-cycle human resource management including, but not limited to, talent acquisition and management; compensation and benefits; PTO, leaves and accommodations; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; policy, process, and procedure; records creation, maintenance, and retention; safety and HR Compliance.
