Job Summary: In partnership with the Director of Operations, advises, administers, and executes full-cycle human resource management including, but not limited to, talent acquisition and management; compensation and benefits; PTO, leaves and accommodations; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; policy, process, and procedure; records creation, maintenance, and retention; safety and HR Compliance.
