This Fall we’re excited to offer a WCC Family Ministry plan that works for your whole family to enjoy together! Join us Wednesdays for these amazing opportunities to connect.
September 9, October 7 & November 4
On the first Wednesday of every month swing into the WCC Parking Lot and see your Family Ministry Team Staff members, enjoy some music, a special treat, and pick up all the supplies that your family will need for a wonderful month of ministry! It’s like a Drive-Thru Party! Families will be asked to sign up for a 15 minute time slot, to arrive between 5:00-8:00 p.m. Also on the first Wednesday, our Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers will enjoy gathering in their small groups.
September 16, October 14 & November 11
On the second Wednesday of the month we will be streaming a worship experience for the whole family. Your family can pick from two different experiences. One is focused towards our younger families (early childhood and elementary school) and one is focused towards our older families (middle school and high school). This experience will include music, messages from your WCC Family Ministry Team members, and more! Our September theme is “Uncertainty— Making the best of the situation”; October’s theme is “Mindfulness and Mental Health”; and November’s theme is “Gratitude”.
September 23, October 21 & November 18
On the third Wednesday of the month we’re going all in on community! That’s right, it’s a Wednesday fully focused on small groups. Our Early Childhood Director, Hannah is excited to gather with our parents of littles for some Small Group connection time to pause and refill our spiritual cups. Elementary Ministry will enjoy their grade level Small Group, either online or in person. Middle Schoolers will enjoy their Crossroads Small Groups in person or online. And High Schoolers will enjoy their class groups in person or online.
September 30, October 28 & November 25
On the fourth Wednesday of the month we’re focusing on helping others. We will be serving others with our families through a different project and organization each month. These may be opportunities to serve in person or the supplies may be given to your family to complete the project at home.
