High School Ministry Update- December News

Happy December!

Thanks everyone for a great retreat and Turkey Bowl! We’re so thankful for each and every one of you this holiday season.

This month we’re participating in the Holiday Gift Program! This means more bake sales, to raise money for families in need, and going shopping at Target as a full group on Wednesday, December 5th to pick out gifts that families can open during the holiday season.

What’s happening in December?

December 1st: 10th Grade Baking Party from 10 am-1 pm
December 2nd: High School on Sunday, Bake Sale, and 11th grade Baking Party 12-1:30 pm, AND MEXICO MISSION TRIP MEETING at 10:30 am!
December 5th: Holiday Gift Program starting at 6pm! Click here for more info!
December 7th: 12th Grade Baking Party from 6:30 -8:30 pm
December 9th: High School on Sunday
December 12th: High School on Wednesday
December 16th: High School on Sunday
December 19th: Christmas Primetime- with a message from John Ross
December 23rd: High School on Sunday
December 24th: Build Your Own Nativity @ 8:30 am
No Programming December 26th, December 30th, or January 2nd! We’ll be back on January 9th!

MEXICO MISSION TRIP

IT’S TIME! This upcoming Sunday, December 2nd we would love for both parents and students to join us to learn more about our upcoming mission trip to Mexico! This trip is a transformative faith and life experience where we travel across the boarder to learn from and partner with families living within the community of Tecate, Mexico. We work closely with Amor Ministries to build a house for those in need of one.

Please attend this meeting to learn more and ask questions! Our trip dates are March 28th- April 2nd.
