June Walk & Talk
Engage your heart (and your soles), every Thursday morning during the month of June! We’ll meet at 8:30 a.m. in the West Parking lot (Gym Door Entrance). Join our Director of Engagement, Autumn Toussaint, for a time of exploring the beauty and nature that is our church neighborhood and lakefront boardwalk. All are welcome… men /women, younger/older/experienced/newbies/strollers/rollers, you are all invited! All ages, all stages. We’ll engage in conversation, solve the world’s problems (or maybe just a few), and most importantly, get to know each other better. This is a wonderful opportunity to make connections, meet new friends, and help our large church feel smaller. We’ll take the long route, or the short route based on the consensus of the group, either way, 1 hour or less. Remember to BYOWB (bring your own water bottle). NO REGISTRATION is needed, just show up! (Weather dependent: Light cooling rain, yes. Thunder and beyond, no.)
Girls Night Out
Let’s gather for some Girl Time as we head to The Muni (Wayzata Bar & Grill) Wednesday, June 7 in Wayzata immediately following our first Music + Message on the Lawn (around 7:45 p.m.) Open to all women of every age and stage, whether new to WCC or a longtime member. Single, married, young adult, seasoned, and everywhere in between — ALL are encouraged to attend. We hope to help women find connection and friendship in community, as well as look ahead toward our WCC Women’s Ministry launching this Fall. We value your ideas, and we’d love to connect. Hope to see you there!
