We're always glad to hear from people who feel called to serve at Wayzata Community Church. Keep reading to hear from our co-lead ministers about what it means to be part of our staff team.

letter from our Co-Lead ministers
We know that choosing where to work can be just as important as choosing where you worship, so here's a glimpse into who we are.
At WCC, our worship services focus on our life with God together as a community rather than self-improvement as isolated individuals. Our faith formation ministries reflect the ongoing journey of following Jesus rather than arriving at any fixed destination. Our mission and service opportunities offer a broad range of experiences that enlarge our hearts and help us learn to love our neighbors rather than simply distributing money and resources. Music runs through everything we do — from Good Works Community Theater to Contemporary Worship with a band, Traditional Worship with organ and choir, and our Music Series of concerts throughout the year — because we believe the arts open a way into God's presence rather than serving as mere performance or background.

If you're considering joining our staff, we'd love to meet you and hear your story.
